Futures Leisure, a national leisure chain with multiple locations and diverse revenue streams, needed a clearer picture of their ROI. Their websites had several third-party suppliers handling bookings and merchandise across sites, but the tech setup wasn’t syncing properly with their analytics. This led to inaccurate reporting – some revenue was overreported, while other data was missing. Sessions and behaviour metrics were also off. Our team stepped in to simplify the data flow, removing incorrect setups to ensure accurate, reliable figures moving forward.

A clean slate
We advised removing all previous tracking and started from scratch to ensure we could monitor each implementation step by step, ensuring accurate data collection and streamlining the analytics process.

Third-party collaboration
Our team worked closely with the client and various suppliers to gain access to necessary accounts. We carefully implemented the correct tracking codes, testing them individually and checking for any conflicts as we went along.

Ongoing monitoring
After each tracking code was added, we monitored the data closely over several weeks, making any necessary adjustments to guarantee accurate results. We also worked with the client to ensure the data matched their financial figures, ensuring alignment between analytics and actual revenue.

In contract, the previous year’s setup had led to potentially under-reported sessions by 76% and revenue by a massive 638%, leaving them unable to properly leverage their marketing insights. Now, they have a reliable data foundation to drive their marketing strategy forward.
